LearnOS is a secure learning platform that turns Android tablets into locked, distraction-free devices for children. Students can only access approved educational websites and offline learning tools. There is no way for a student to reach the Android home screen, install apps, or browse outside the approved list.

We handle everything from start to finish. When you reach out, we learn about your institution, the age groups you serve, the languages spoken, and your learning goals. We then buy the tablets, install and configure LearnOS to fit your specific needs, and ship everything directly to you ready to use.

The LearnOS software is free. The cost covers the tablets and shipping. We will walk you through clear pricing based on your location and the number of children you are serving before anything is confirmed.

Open the admin panel and tap Students. From here you can add a new profile, update a child's name or PIN, or remove a profile. Each tablet supports up to 20 profiles. Every child has their own PIN, points, and learning history.

Yes. Up to 20 students can each have their own profile on a single tablet. Nothing is shared between profiles.

Open the admin panel and tap Websites. You will see your full list of approved sites. You can turn any site on or off, or add your own by entering a web address. We also provide a curated list of pre-approved educational sites and offline resources like flashcards and activities that are already set up and appropriate for your institution when we hand over the tablets.

No. LearnOS locks the tablet completely. Students cannot reach the Android home screen, open other apps, or change any device settings. The only way out is through the admin PIN.

LearnOS starts automatically on every reboot. Students will never land on a normal Android screen. They can still access offline resources like flashcards, books, math practice, and drawing without an internet connection.

No. Students can only open websites that have been approved by the administrator. Any other website is blocked. There is no address bar or way to search for unapproved sites.

No. The lockdown runs at the operating system level using Android's Device Owner mode and cannot be disabled by any student interaction with the tablet.

LearnOS runs on any standard Android tablet running Android 8.1 or above. We take care of sourcing the tablets, so you do not need to worry about compatibility.

Setup time varies depending on your location. Once we understand your needs we configure the tablet with your student profiles, approved websites, and preferred language settings before shipping. The whole process from first contact to delivery typically takes a few weeks.

LearnOS only collects learning activity data such as time spent on websites, points earned, and sessions completed. We do not collect any personal information about the children beyond their name and age group which is entered by the caregiver.

Learning activity is stored on the tablet itself and syncs to a secure cloud database when the tablet is connected to Wi-Fi. Caregivers can view this data through the admin panel.

Only the caregivers at your institution who have the admin PIN can access student data. We as the LearnOS team can access usage data to help troubleshoot issues or improve the product but we do not share it with anyone else.

Reach out to us and we will delete all data associated with your institution from our systems. Data on the tablet itself is removed when student profiles are deleted.
